“Information Products” refer to on-demand digital courses, e-books, and related downloadable materials.

2.3 Physical Goods

“Physical Goods” refer to any tangible items ordered through prorefresh.

3. Refund Policy

prorefresh provides clear provisions for refunds and rescheduling as outlined below.

3.1 Services

Attendees may request rescheduling of a live session up to 7 days before the scheduled date without penalty. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event. Approved refunds for Services will be issued via the original purchase method within 10 business days after approval. A processing fee of 10% of the purchase total applies to all service refunds.

Certain personalized coaching packages include preparation and assignment of dedicated instructors upon signup. For these specialized Services, no refunds are offered due to committed resource allocation. This policy ensures quality and availability of expert guidance.

3.2 Information Products

prorefresh grants access to digital courses and downloads immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant delivery and license activation, Information Products are non-refundable. This policy ensures integrity of licensing and protection of intellectual property.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will authorize a credit to your original payment method within 15 days.

4. Changes to Terms

prorefresh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to the prorefresh.top website. Continued use of Services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
